The headquarters for grätzlhotel belvedere is in Favoritenstraße 17 where you can check-in and get tips from locals, which you certainly will not find in a travel guide. Here is also the office of URBANAUTS Hospitality Group, the management of the hotel group, consisting of architect Theresia Kohlmayr, the former director of 25hours hotel Fanny Holzer-Luschnig, and the team of the Urbanauts architecture office.
At the heart of the grätzlhotel idea is social interaction with the immediate neighborhood. The closely located business partners – from a massage studio and the Turkish bakery to the beauty parlor and the tailor – are recommended to the guests. Tourists get to see the city with different eyes while the neighborhood network is strengthened.
